1. Responsible for achieving order intake, gross margin, cash flow targets and AR overdue collection for Liquid and Powder Dairy Application Sales of the Greater China region mainly covering the product profile of liuqid dairy processing and milk powder including milk reception, pasteurization, homoginization, seperatoin, UHT, evaporator and spray dryer etc; 完成大中华区乳品应用的订单,毛利和现金流指标,并负责应收款的逾期收款,产品主要包括液态奶加工和奶粉加工如收奶,巴氏杀菌,均质,分离,超高温,蒸发干燥等等 2. Develop, communicate and implement strategic sales plans to win business that aligns with company goals; 制定、沟通和实施战略销售计划,以赢得与公司目标一致的业绩 3. Drive sales initiatives and relationships with potential key customers; 推动销售计划并与潜在的关键客户建立关系 4. Develop and implement sales plans for key technologies within Greater China Dairy Market; 制定并实施大中华区区域型乳品客户关键技术的销售计划 5. Create Market Analysis for the purpose to identify growth potential in Liquid Dairy Application to 2nd tier customer; 创建市场分析,以确定液态奶在城市型客户的增长潜力 6. Identify and find out the potential market chance and application to Liquid Dairy Business; 识别和发现潜在的市场机会及其在液态奶行业的应用 7. Provide accurate and timely forecasting of OI and hot list; 提供准确及时的订单和重点项目的预测报告 8. Maintain accurate information regarding open opportunities and monthly reports within the sales database CRM. Provide reports to management as required. 在CRM系统中维护询价信息,生成月度报告汇报给管理层. 9. Evaluate incoming inquiries, qualify and identify sales strategy for each opportunity 评估收到的询价,确认并确定每个销售机会的销售策略 10. Select and develop potential new customer in Liquid Dairy Application 选择和开发液态奶应用的潜在新客户 11. Execute quotation presentations and sales campaigns 负责报价演示和销售活动 12. 任职要求 1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Dairy Processing, Food Technology, mechanical, electrical or related major 乳制品加工、食品技术、机械、电气或相关专业学士或硕士学位 2. Min 5 years in sales related experience preferred 至少5年销售经验,有行业相关工作经验优先 3. Prefer to have experience in liquid processing, covering liquid dairy or/and bevereage proessing ***有液体加工设备销售经验,包括液体乳制品或/和饮料加工
