YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Act as finance partner to support business at below areas:
Generate Comprehensive Reports and Analysis: Provide detailed insights on topline revenue and margin performance across various product lines, highlighting trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
Support Annual Operating Plan Development: Assist in the creation and refinement of the annual operating plan, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets.
Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results, facilitating communication and coordination to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Partner with business units to ensure adherence to both external regulations and internal policies, mitigating risks and maintaining operational integrity.
Conduct financial studies and analyses, including capex investment reviews (AFEs)
Manage the planning and coordination of the preparation and distribution of financial management reports.
Conduct financial studies and analyses and define key metrics & business trends to the management with identifying revenue drivers, cost drivers and business opportunities.
Leading the regional (APAC) consolidation process in key month end closing, forecasting and annual plan activities which provide oversight of completeness and accuracy of underlying management financial information.
Drive risk & opportunities and work closely with relevant functions and countries
Reviewing processes and implementing improvements & changes to current procedures
Support the business on any ad hoc projects/ especially financial analysis at regional level and country roll out when necessary.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: Education:
Degree holder in accounting
Experience:
5 years of relevant accounting & finance experience from a sizable organization
Collaborative & influencing communication and team work. Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Excellent analytical, organization and interpersonal skills
Result-oriented, self-motivated and can work under pressure & tight timeline
Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Excel,MS Word,PowerPoint
Knowledge of research methodologies
Relevant experience on FP&A/Business Finance and industry background
