Senior Sales Manager for Veestan Dishwasher
Position Summary: Under general direction from Head of China, responsible for all activities within a designated geographical area. Serves as liaison between company and sales/service representatives within the territory. Implements approved sales/promotion plans and monitors sales expenses and budgets. Conducts sales meetings with distributors. Evaluates market conditions and competitor activity. Lead Veestan sales team, maintains contact with distributors and negotiates on a personal basis when necessary. Manages sales activities to achieve sales and profit goals within domestic markets for Veestan dishwasher products.
The salary of this position could be negociated.

Essential Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering Veestan dishwasher sales growth with set gross margin in China.
- Reviews and recommends the current field sales structure, incentive structure and establish target in both financial and non-financial target/KPI per channels/product mix/region with Regional Sales Managers to deliver the sales strategy
- Establishes and maintains relationships with outside sales force, designs and recommends sales programs and sets short and long-term sales goals.
- Develops relationships with all departments to better meet needs of the current and new customers.
- Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume and makes recommendations for product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Responsible for sales management duties to include but not limited to following up on new leads, referrals, preparing presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Establishes and maintains current and potential new customer relationships. Identifies and resolves customer complaints and concerns.
- Manages new and assigned accounts, sales forecasting models, and serves as a liaison between the company and customers/representatives.
- Prepares a variety of status logs including but not limited to activity, closings, follow-up, trip reports, and goals and objectives.
- Ensures effective communication is maintained on new product and service opportunities, special events, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.
- Arranges and participates in sales and marketing events.
- Adheres to safety/security policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills & Role Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal, planning and technical/problem analysis skills.
- Good communication (oral and written) skills in English a plus.
- Action/ detail oriented, strong customer service and leadership, and drive for results.
- Knowledge of production/quality standards, and assembly procedures/processes.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work in multi-task environment and make sound business decisions.
- Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
- Experience managing large territories and diverse product offerings.
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skill.
- At minimum, requires significant travel 40-60% to current and potential customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,) Salesforce Systems
- Strong working knowledge of CRM programs.

Essential Education & Experience
- B.A or B.S in Business/Marketing or related business field.
- Knowledge of commercial dishwasher industry and competitors a plus.
- Over 8 years field sales, management distributors customer service experience (with frequent customer contact preferred).
