Responsibilities 61 Responsible for US markets. 61 With sourcing, to strategically analyze vendor base to best support future business needs. 61 With production, determine where to produce, based on factors. 61 QA/QC processes. 61 Product development. 61 Lead the merchandising process. Work with Design and Merchandising team to edit the assortment by commodity, by month, by color ensuring all markets needs are met. 61 Managing Minimum Order Quantity. 61 Work with logistic and distribution to ensure timely product delivery. 61 Monitoring materials testing. 61 Factory and subcontractor management, focus on finding the best resources at the best prices to keep the manufacturing process on schedule and to ensure productivity is cost effective. 61 Manage social compliance and sustainability. 61 Source anything across raw materials, fabric & components, garment suppliers and factories. 61 The manufacturing process is monitored from inception through to completion, and analyses the process to determine whether to use the supplier again or seek out higher quality or more cost-effective providers 61 Lead a team of 15 to 20 staff covering the above areas. 61 Regular travel to Hangzhou is a must.

Qualifications 61 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 61 10+ years industrial experience, 3 years senior or similar position. 61 Fluent in English and Mandarin. 61 Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. 61 Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills. 61 Family with garment manufacturing/production processes. 61 Have great contacts with PRC suppliers and manufacturers. 61 Have strong negotiation skills to get the best price and delivery schedule. 61 Serve as the representative of the division as needed within the company. 61 Strong analytical / problem solving skills paired with strategic business acumen and application. 61 Detail-oriented, results-driven, highly motivated. 61 Ability to negotiate with and influence peers, members of a cross-functional team and senior management. 61 Ability to communicate financial performance of the division
