Functional area 职责 1、Develop new business nationwide to complete sales target according to company sales strategy 根据公司销售策略,开发全国性业务,达成销售目标 2、Manage to install system of kanban, ORSY or Refillo to all assigned national key account customer 做到为所有全国范围客户设置看板,ORSY或Refillo系统 3、Negotiate and sign contracts with nationwide customers in accordance with sales goals 按照销售目标与全国范围客户谈判并签订销售合同 4、Manage to boost national customer‘s business growth 管理以促进全国范围客户销售业绩的强劲增长 5、Write sales report including sales pipeline, meeting minutes, customer visit weekly plan and monthly plan, submit sales leads to up level manager, ride along with up level manager until finally get the order from national customer 填写销售报告,包括销售漏斗,会议纪要,客户拜访每周和月度计划,向上级管理层提出潜在销售机会,与上级经理一起客户陪跑,直到最后从全国范围客户拿订单 6、Coordinate internally and externally to provide services for nationwide customers协调内部和外部的事务,为全国范围客户提供良好服务 7、Monitor account receivable on a monthly basis; 每月例行监控区域内的客户的应收账款 8、Aggressively achieve budget on sales turnover and profit; 积极实现销售及利润预算 9、Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives; 支持及推动6S的推行 10、Other work assigned by superior and company 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作
Requirements 任职要求 1、College degree or above, major in mechanical or engineering field is preferred本科及以上学历,机械或工程领域专业(非必须) 2、Knowledge of C parts industry products, especially in Fastener and MRO products are preferred C类件行业产品知识,特别是紧固件和MRO产品(非必须) 2、Have trackable work experiences and excellent performance in project based sales/account management/project management在项目型销售/大客户管理/项目管理领域内有可追溯的工作经验和优秀的工作业绩 3、Own Kanban management experience is preferred有看板管理经验者优先 4、Ability to travel 能够出差 5、Excellent communication, presentation, selling and negotiation skills良好的沟通,表达、销售和谈判技巧 6、Proficiency in Microsoft Office software熟练使用微软办公软件 7、Fluent English in written and spoken 流利的英语读写和口语能力 8、Team work spirit团队合作精神 9、Self-motivate, confident, patient, responsible自我激励,自信,耐心,负责; 10、Good mental and physical conditions良好的身心健康状况
