JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS: As the Head of the Human Resources department, can also be a member of the plant management team, the HR Manager will work closely with local management team and group international network, direct report to the Managing Director of the local company and dot line report to global HR.
In this position, the work scope and main responsibilities will include but not limit to: 1. Develop and implement human resources management strategy, system, policies and procedures, keep update Employee Handbook in a regular scheme, and ensure HR management policies are well interpreted and tailored into local business environment and human resources. 2. Manage the department's and the company's human budget & resources. 3. Oversee all aspects of HR area, include managing/developing HR team, define/improving department objectives/processes/work instructions, and manage all HRM functions (e.g., talents acquisition, rewards, HR development, performance management, employees' relationship etc.). 4. Ensure HR compliance with legal requirements and regulations, evaluate and implement relevant legislative changes when necessary. 5. Design and implement company leadership development policies/programs, promote a learning culture in the company. 6. Develop and implement employee recognition and retention measures and programs. 7. Work together with all level Managers in the company, to offer consultation and support on people development and management topics and practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor or above degree - 10+ years of related working experiences in machinery manufacturing or industrial field, including at least 5 years of management experience and equivalent combination of education and experience. - Qualifications in human resources or business studies, a good understanding of production operations and business would be preferred. - Demonstrated ability, proven and sustained performance of all the tasks. - Proven entrepreneurial and leadership skills and interact well in cross-functional teams. - Able to deal with complex issue and facts under international/multi-cultural working environment. - Good English language skills verbally, reading and in writing. - Excellent computer skills including MS office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, working experience with HRIS will be must.
