The Therapeutic Product Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the growth of our therapeutic product portfolio. This role involves strategic planning, market research, new product development, brand strategies and marketing plans, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Functions, Duties, Tasks: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans for therapeutic products. 2. Monitor and analyze brand performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions, including pricing strategies, sales plans, and implementation strategies 3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. 4. Manage product launches and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. 5. In charge of implementing, monitoring all sales / marketing-related programs / activities, to drive the achievement of sales turnover and profit goals 6. Work with sales, engineering and manufacturing functions on design, distribution, and product specifications/changes as needed 7. Participate in training for field and customer service personnel on brand/product introductions or enhancements, as well as new marketing/sales campaigns 8. Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and other stakeholders. 9. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all marketing activities.
Minimum Qualification: 1. Bachelor /Master degree (Business School / University). 2. Minimum 7 years of working experience, preferably in product marketing equivalent. 3. Preferably worked in pet health, human medicine, medical aesthetics or prescription pet food industries. 4. B2B and B2C marketing experience. 5. Good at spoken and written English. 6. Passionate and driven individual, who can demonstrate enthusiasm for marketing and is keen to learn and broaden the skills. 7. Takes a proactive and analytical approach and results oriented 8. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team spirit, with high leadership qualities 9. Excellent influence and communication skills, able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple stakeholders. 10. Interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 11. Confident, personable pleasant and professional demeanor at all times 12. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment 13. Good planning and organizing skills to meet deadlines and work within time constraints
