Job Responsibilities - Manage assigned customers in *Chemical Industry in China Mainland to achieve the sustainable business growth and continuously develop new customers or applications to optimize the customer portfolio. - Work closely with Technical Service, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Production & Supply Chain and other internal resources to increase business profitability, ensure the quality of customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in efficiency. In details it includes: - Prepare and conduct commercial negotiations with key customers - Maintain sales forecast and provide frequently business update - Acquisition of new businesses and new customers - Develop new applications and markets - Manage on-time delivery, Account Receivable and inventory of local warehouse - Drive closure of customer complaints in collaboration with related functional team - Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor information and be responsible to update and improve Market Data Base - Prepare and implement marketing communication plan (exhibitions, advertisements, brochures, etc.) in collaboration with marketing team - Manage distribution channels Qualifications Required - Bachelor or Master Degree in chemistry, engineering or business. - Above 5 years B2B sales experience in chemical industry. MNC working experience will be a plus. - Good communication skills. - Good command of English in spoken and written. - Good skills using MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Team spirit - Full of energy and initiatives to develop new markets, applications and customers - Target oriented and persistent (never give up) - Willingness to trave
