This role will lead CN8F trading goods planning for end-to-end activities to ensure continuity of supply. Key activities include collaborative planning, forecasting, replenishment activities and inventory management. Also, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement projects by applying Lean Sigma tools either by leading or participating in SCM projects. You will prepare and own the annual roadmap for excellence benefits and structural improvements within the Supply Chain Area. E2E Planning Process Optimization: -Contribute to the development of supply chain planning process including implementation of global and regional supply chain initiatives. -Lead the internal continuous process improvement in planning by identify key opportunities to help improving communication efficiency and agile supply chain. Master planning: -Establish master plan by converting demand (forecast, customer orders) into a feasible replenishment plan to ensure matched sets of materials are available to meet customer’s needs in a cost-effective manner. -Revisit and revise plan when necessary to incorporate changes either internally or externally driven (eg. changes in customer prioritizes). Drive and communicate the plans to all functions responsible for execution -Identify, negotiate and drive resolution of conflicts related to material availability and order promise integrity -Coordinate with source plant to ensure supply stability and optimum inventory while meeting the needs of customers -Coordinate with CSD, planning for demand changes etc, adjust replenishment plan when necessary -Follow up the implementation of replenishment PO, monitor shipping schedule for targeting on-time customer delivery Inventory management: -Prepare reasonable inventory by managing material availability, shortages and overstocks to drive business growth -Monitor and control inventory level of FG to achieve inventory target on monthly and quarterly basis -Continuously improve IQR & SMOG performance, update progress of IRQ & SMOG actions regularly Sales & Operations Execution: -Sales & Operations Execution fulfil on time in full and on time delivery -Guarantee operational S&OE plan adherence, Support SOR meeting to contribute to IBP process -Deliver monthly/quarterly sales commitment, identify short term gap to be addressed -Balance demand through APO system, manage demand execution to accommodate the Supply Excellence & Projects: -Scope, plan, prioritize and execute improvement projects for greater efficiency and cost-savings to support Clariant goals and to achieve the targets of BU Care Chemicals, utilizing lean-six sigma toolset and analytical skills. -Generate and translate improvement ideas into tangible, innovative solutions, and carry out CI strategies across Supply Chain, Distribution Network and Logistics. -Mobilize and lead effective and cross-functional project teams, identify and manage key stakeholders and resources and ensure efficient communication and alignment across teams and groups.02 -Lead improvement projects and ensure accurate reporting of project progress and documentation of benefits and savings. -Promote and steer SC Excellence Initiatives and establish CI culture and mindset throughout the SC organization and participate in SC Digital & Excellence initiatives.
