工作时间：倒班制（白班，晚班，休2天）

Job responsibilities:
工作职责：
1. Complying with all EHS regulations from company and government.
严格执行公司及政府EHS相关程序；
2. Complete production tasks assigned by shift leader timely and efficiently.
及时高效地完成班长分配的工作任务;
3. Implement operation according to SOPs and procedures. Guarantee production quality, Report any finding in time and assist to solve the problem;
严格按照公司的操作程序执行生产操作，确保产品质量稳定，发现异常及时汇报并协助解决出现的问题；
4. Record any data accurately;
及时准确记录生产过程中要求的有关数据记录;
5. Conducting regular tours ensure any facility in good condition. Report any finding in time;
现场定期巡检并记录，汇报异常情况；
6. Keep the work environment and space clean according to the requirements from company;
保持工作场所的环境卫生符合公司的有关要求；
7. Report Near Miss and assist investigation;
及时汇报所有发生的未遂事故、隐患， 并协助同相关人员进行调查；
8. Assisting and performing maintenance measures and repairs if necessary and advised;
帮助完成分配的包干区域的设备日常维护工作;
9. Assisting the team leader to keep the stable production and safety work;
协助班长维持班组的稳定生产和安全工作；
10. Report any ideas for improve productivity, quality and low cost;
积极提出关于提高产能，产品质量，成本节约等方面的合理化建议;
11. Keep studying, Improving operation skills and technique;
坚持不断的学习, 提高相关的技术和操作技能；
12. Keep good contact with related colleagues and ensure the efficient delivery of the related information;
同相关的同事保持良好的沟通, 确保各种生产信息有效传递;
13. Follow the company regulation regarding IP-protection and code of conduct.

Requirements:
要求
1. Bachelor's degree, major in Chemical Engineering or related. Fresh graduate or within 2 years' related work experience in Chemical company;
本科学历, 化工及相关专业，0~3年化工厂相关工作经验;
2. Good knowledge and understanding of ESHQ；
良好的ESHQ意识；
3. Good communication and team work;
良好的沟通技能团队协作能力;
4. Basic knowledge of English and IT. Capable of reading and understanding related operation manuals.
基本的英语及电脑操作技能。能够阅读和理解相关操作手册。
