Key roles and responsibilities: 61 Lead and drive end-to-end strategy vision, design, development, deployment and adoption of digital products aligned with business goals. 61 Work closely with both internal and external customers to understand real business needs and problems in complex environment, translate business requirements into product features and user stories. 61 Facilitate Business and Operational department stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, and managing expectations. 61 Drive change management, influencing business and operational teams to adopt new digital technologies and processes.
Requirement: 61 Education level: o Master’s degree in Business Administration / Management, Marketing, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science / Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred 61 Work experiences: o 5-8 years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching digital products from concept to market. o Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects in agile environments 61 Professional knowledge and capability requirements & accountability: o Deep understanding of digital product lifecycle and development processes. o Proficiency in translating market trends and customer needs into product strategies. Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and ability to work closely with design teams. o Technical background with knowledge of software development processes and methodologies. o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels. o Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. o Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving changes.
