PURPOSE Assist users in entering and managing orders while providing technical support to users to ensure they are utilizing the system effectively.
JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES 61 Utilizing the internal system (PSF) to efficiently process and amend purchase orders 61 Ensure that purchase orders are transmitted to the PSF system in a timely and correct manner 61 Coordinate on-boarding for New Vendor and Factory and maintain records. 61 Monitor monthly cut-off and report submission 61 Prepare report to cross check all those data accuracy across the team 61 Help merchandiser make better use of internal system 61 Assist with user queries. 61 Trouble shoot issues and escalate where needed. 61 Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to details. 61 Other tasks assigned by manager
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS Operational 61 Participate in system testing to ensure the quality of any customization development or enhancement. 61 Provide support to internal users on various systems (User Support Help Desk, Guidelines Maintenance, Administration) 61 Ensure Processes are followed and under control. 61 Write and maintain documentation of procedures, user test cases, user manuals and troubleshooting cases with associated resolutions. 61 Render administrative supports to the team. People 61 Teamwork 61 Maintain good working relationships with (but not limited to): Merchandise Teams, QA Teams, IT Team, Suppliers, System Vendors
REQUIREMENTS 61 College degree or above 61 Good Computer skills Microsoft Office is a must 61 Good communication, coordination and adaptability 61 Patient and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility 61 Proficiency in PC skills including Word, Excel and other office software 61 Related experience in trade company is preferred
