Requirements经验要求：
1) Possess a Bachelor of Accounting / Finance related degree with
1~3 years of relevant working experience which preferably should include Big 4
accounting firms
拥有本科及以上学历，攻读专业须与财务/会计等相关；拥有1-3年相关工作经验，有四大背景。
2) Able to read, write and communicate fluently both in English
and Chinese. Equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills to
contribute as a team member.
可以流利地使用英文进行阅读、书写与交流；并具备强烈的交流欲望，可协调好良好的工作人际关系，为所在的团队积极贡献。
3) This person should be numerate, analytical, adaptable, and with
the ability to learn faster, and willing to go extra miles to reach challenging
goals within very tight timelines.
须具备很强的学习能力且具有高度适应能力，并有较高的数字敏感度以及较好的分析能力；可在非常紧张的时间内，抗住压力，并乐意做出更多的努力以期完成要求的任务。
4) Comfortable working in a changing environment typical of a
fast-growing business with large volume of data from multiple sources; able to
connect the dots whilst performing the data analytics to generate useful
insights to identify risks / opportunities for business improvements.

5) Proficient in Office is a must

execution of routine financial tasks such as rolling budgets, price setting
checks, high quality completion of month-end G2N reports, budget control
reports, etc., as well as ensuring robust internal controls

2) Build a good partnership with sales team and provide high
quality financial support, focusing on channel sales performance and expense
control to ensure the achievement of key financial indicators; on the basis of
the above, expand the impact of our work to become a business-driven,
value-added financial partner, i.e., not only to be professional, reliable, and
responsive, but also to be able to proactively provide financial insights to
drive the sustainable growth of the organization.

3) Maintain good interaction with Group Finance team. Respond
to the Group's financial data needs timely, accurately and with high quality.

4) In-depth cooperation with the IT&D department, fully
promote the Finance Department's digital intelligence project work process,
using TM1, PBI and other system tools to build data warehouses, management
reports dashboard, etc., to promote the implementation of the expense control
PBI project, to improve the quality and efficiency of the work of the Sales
Finance Department..
与IT&D部门深入合作，全力推动财务部的数智化项目工作进程，利用TM1、PBI等系统工具搭建数据仓库、管理报表看板等，推进费用控制看板项目落实，提高销售财务部工作质量和效率
5) Other ad-hoc tasks from team leader.
