-Manage short-term customer demand (orders or forecast); arrange daily/weekly shipments to customers and trace the shipment until arrives at customer for DDU/DDP customer; -Prepare demand file and attend weekly demand review meeting -Upload the customer demand into SAP and coordinate with master scheduling team to ensure the products to be produced in time. -Monitor consignment stock, meet customer request and control FG inventory. -Cooperate with Ex-customer & Int-X-function team on E&O reduction, attend E&O meeting -Cooperate with Ex-customer & Int-X-function team on reasonable arrangement of shipments, optimize transportation, control logistics cost to avoid PF occur -Cooperate with Ex-customer & Int-X-function team on Phase in/out projects and identify the project when new turbo pn creates in the beginning; attend Phase in/out meeting if necessary -Communicate and cooperate with Sales & Operation & Customers for on-time delivery -Act as the contact window between plant SC and customers -Work with Customer desk leader on Kaizen practice and any audit or assessment -Customer visit: Strengthen the customer relation; create and maintain effective communication path with key person in customer side; write customer report with key points. -Integrate Standard work into GEM and fully implement HSE and other duties assigned by supervisor/Manager -Strong team player and able to work in a matrixed environment, quickly adapt customers’ working style. -Clear ability to problem solve at multi levels and be able to provide solutions through the team or at an individual level -Results driven – Clear eye on the goal and able to be creative to deliver what is needed on time
Qualifications Required:
· University degree on supply chain management or logistics management · 1-3years working experience in field of supply chain management, preferred in Automotive Industry · Sound SAP Knowledge · Good English and MS office skill · Good communication skill
