This is a legal counsel role with the following requirements: Focus on international regulatory compliance 1. Provide counsel on one or multiple major legal disciplines (IP, consumer, trade, privacy, employment, corporate,...) 2. Support and protect business operations 3. Identify, research, and evaluate alternative risk factors regarding business decisions and overall operations 4. Conduct all assignments with integrity and a high degree of responsibility
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in law. 2. Qualified PRC lawyer is a plus. 3. At least 12 years with relevant experience gained in a reputable law firm, consultant firm or in-house environment. 4. Great experience in compliance programs.
