Responsibilities: Sales generation and target focus 1.Communicate feedback on best sellers, slow sellers, missed sales opportunities and customer requests to the Store Manager. 2.Achieve and exceed personal objectives/KPI’s as set by Store Management. 3.Record and update sales performance, such Sell Throughs, product feedback, trade feedback.
Client experience and relationship building 1.Develop strong, long-lasting, commercial relationships with clients, establishing a regular client base to ensure all sales opportunities are optimised. 2.Provide exceptional client experience and service. 3.Provide personalised and timely after sales service to clients, dealing effectively with client complaints. 4.Demonstrate high level of product knowledge (telling the story, features and benefits.) and coach other team members.
Operational excellence 1.Prepare and maintain stock on the sales floor, following Manolo Blahnik visual guidelines and standards. 2.Assist with regular stock takes. 3.Assist in the end of day procedures, such as cashing up. 4.Assist with the preparation of sales events. 5.Assist in stock deliveries ensuring that the stock is checked in an efficient manner. 6.Maintain high back of house standards such as stock room and stock security. 7.Maintain and assist in the creation of an enjoyable and respectful work environment.
Skills and Experience Required: 1.Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service, preferably within a retail environment. 2.Team Player: ability to work effectively in a group to develop productive working relationships. 3.Network: Ability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels and build relationships and network easily, both internally and externally. 4.Good attention to detail. 5.Solution focused: Thinking of answers and solutions to problems. 6.Ambassador: Representing Manolo Blahnik products and values with passion. 7.Excellence: High level of finesse and excellence required in delivery of all tasks.
