工作职责: 1. Brand strategy management: --Responsible for the brand development strategy planning, including market plan, marketing strategy, channel management, sales strategy, brand promotion, etc., to achieve brand strategy and development goals. --Closely monitor competitor activity, brand health and brand share, share insights, business thinking and come up with response plans. 2. Channel management: --Communicate channel sales strategy with sales channels, accept feedback and opinions, and give support and guidance. --Collaborate with channels to achieve performance and profit targets to ensure that brands meet the sustainable development needs of their brand positioning. 3. Budget management: --Plan market budgets, monitor monthly marketing budget spend, measure ROI, and ensure maximum return on investment. 4. Commodity inventory management: --Understand and analyze the inventory ratio, make plans and promotion/marketing/incentive plans in advance to ensure the inventory health of brand products. 5. Team Management: --Responsible for the team building, daily work management, performance appraisal system design of the brand team, provide professional training and guidance for team members, and build an efficient execution team. 6. Customer Management: --Docking and managing upstream customers, achieving win-win goals and symbiotic perspectives, and maximizing our business value and interests. 任职资格: 1. More than 7 years of brand market management experience, in Makeup, Fragrance and Skincare category brand experience is preferred. 2. Have a deep understanding of the Chinese market and consumers, customer orientation. 3. High numerical and business sensitivity, strong logical thinking and judgment. 4. Excellent communication skills, negotiation strength and influence. 5. Fluent in spoken English, able to manage and communicate with the manufacturer both spoken and written.
