Responsible for Customer Relationship Management - Leverage internal & external resources to maintain senior relationship with key accounts - Develop sales plan for strategic MNC accounts in China and align with internal account strategy at global level - Excavate business transformation needs on existing accounts, maintain continuous achievement of new-sales, including expansion, upselling and cross-selling, and achieve total revenue growth targets for managed portfolio - Manage project pipeline and performance based on CRM system
Responsible for New Sales: - Work with ISU Head to create and execute on the solution/product penetration plan in China. - Develop a strong understanding of competitor landscape and be able to successfully position against these - Exploit domestic market and focus to build strong project pipeline - Negotiate and close contracts for new sales
Responsible for Domain Knowledge Development - Develop a deep understanding of the relevant customer segment the solutions are sold into, translating varies solution value to be segment specific - Develop a deep intelligence on key competitors’ business, strategy and sales approach for in Life Sciences domain in China - Develop a deep know-how on workflow, practice and business process in Life Sciences, being able to translate global best practices and technology references to customers in China - Stay abreast of development in field and market segment. - Provide continuous customer feedback to ISU and Talent Acquisition Team on new market needs on resources and solutions
We are looking for talent with... - Bachelor in Computer science or Science engineering or commercial(preferred), (Master degree in above majors plus in Business are preferred) - Prefer has experience in HI Tech domain and customer s at least 5 years sales experience with proven records. - Experienced selling to HI Tech Sectors is a plus - Experienced selling in Hi Tech IT-related products or solutions is a major advantage - Background in complex solution-sales approach - “consultative selling” is a major advantage - Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills; fluency in both English and Mandarin - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and result-oriented - Experienced in working in an international matrixed organization is a plus
