Responsibilities:
Under guidance, provides statistical analysis, data investigation and programming support on business analytics projects, including customer insight exploration and business impact assessment. 在指导下，通过统计分析支持礼来商业分析项目，具体包括客户洞察分析和商业价值评估。
Provides statistical analysis and programming support for Real World Evidence research projects. 对真实世界研究项目提供统计分析和编程支持。
Formats and summarizes data for business analysis. 整理、总结数据以协助商业分析。
Assists in developing the methodology to help solve a variety of identified business problems. 协助改进各种具体商业问题的分析方法。
Assist in the transformation of database project data under the guidance of experienced team members.

Support the team in transferring CRM report data across various systems.

Collaborate on the enhancement of Excel plugins to improve their functionality.

Utilize Python, with a focus on pandas, for basic data manipulation and analysis tasks.

Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field, better with some experience in quantitative analytics. 统计学、数学、计算机、生命科学等相关专业，有数据分析经验者优先 。
Fundamental level statistical software programming skills, such as Python or R. 具有基本的统计软件编程能力，如Python或R。
Be familiar with MS office software application. 能够熟练使用MS Office等相关工具。
Ability to program statistical methodologies according to specifications, with a regard for quality control and testing. 能够通过编程将统计方法应用于不同场景下的问题。
Good interpersonal and communication skills in a team environment. Good oral and written English. 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力，英语流利。
