工作职责: 1. Oversee and provide guidance to product team on the end-to-end consumer experience. 2. Help to summarize and analyze findings from user research and customer behavior and create actionable plans to optimize a localized experience. 3. Assist in creating the product roadmap oversee project /tasks and communicate updates with all relevant stakeholders and team members. 4. Construct a project charter and carry out a communication plan. 5. Create complex schedules using project management software. 6. Trend analysis of product to plan for strategic enhance mount need to current usage.
任职资格: -Bachelor degree, major in Marketing and related discipline. -More than 6-8 years working experience in product marketing, Preferred in cosmetic industry. -Expertise in skincare will be an asset. With end-to-end experience (product, comms, digitalization, commercial deployment ect.) -Excellent interpersonal skills -Strategic thinking with can do attitude. -Good communication skills. -Good Microsoft office, Excel /Powerpoint/Word etc; -Proficiency English in both written and spoken.
