岗位职责：
负责评估项目的消防图纸审查、现场查看并提出消防设计和施工中存在的问题
为业主提供全方面的消防技术咨询服务，负责消防策略的制定、报告撰写、模型分析
负责一个小规模团队负责项目的具体实施和进行项目管理，培训和带领年轻同事
业主、设计团队、消防主审部门的沟通、汇报
帮助负责人开拓消防业务市场
任职资格：
1.具有3年及以上作为消防工程师的工作经验，持有注册消防工程师证书，具有如下工作履历者优先：
消防科研机构工作经验
消防工程咨询、性能化设计
消防系统设计（含机电工程师）
消防施工管理和消防检测（含机电工程师）
风险评估及风险工程
列车或船舶的火灾风险测试、评估、认证
火灾保险相关工作
消防安全管理工作
了解国际消防相关设计规范（如NFPA、IBC等）
有结构（钢结构/木结构）抗火设计经验的结构工程师
2.熟悉中国设计防火规范和其他相关的消防系统设计和施工规范，并具有丰富的相关经验
3.好学、上进，具有较好的职业责任心
4.良好的客户沟通能力和演讲汇报能力
5.良好的团队合作精神
6.良好的计算机能力证明，熟练掌握Office 软件、AutoCAD等基础软件
7.较好的英语读写能力
Descriptions:
Performing fire safety drawing review and site inspection per code and management regulations
Providing fire consulting service with a clear concept of fire safety strategy
Running a small team for project operation and delivery and coaching the junior team members
Coordinating with clients and other design team members; communicating with the approval authorities
Supporting senior team members on business development
Requirements:
1.More than 3 years relative experience as a fire engineer, registered fire engineer certificate, priority to those with the following experience:
research organization
fire consulting and fire engineering design experience
fire system design (including MEP engineering)
risk assessment and risk engineering
rolling stock or ship fire risk assessment and certification
fire insurance
fire safety management
fire construction management and site inspection (including MEP engineering)
Knowledge of international fire related design code (such as NFPA, IBC, etc.)
Structural engineer with experience in hand calculation or finite analysis (LS-DYNA and etc.) of structure fire resistance design (steel/wood)
2.Experienced with China fire safety code regulations with rich project experience
3.Highly motivated and willing to take on new challenges, attitude of taking initiative, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn
4.Excellent presentation and communication skills
5.Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
6.Experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation software (Fire Dynamics Simulator, Fluent, or others) or evacuation software
7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
