JOB DESCRIPTION: - Campaign Support: Assist in the creative planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timelines.
- Market Insights: Conduct industry research, gather market trends, and analyse consumer insights to keep the team updated on the latest developments.
- Social Media Engagement: Leverage platforms like Red Book to drive user engagement. Support media buying, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) selection, and monitor content performance.
- Data Analysis: Track business performance and conduct competitive analysis to provide actionable insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage company systems, facilitate cross-functional communication, and coordinate with external agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor or Master Degree - Background including total years of experience - At least 4 working days per week - At least 3 months internship is required - Good knowledge of Office tools (Power Point, Excel, etc) - Good command of English writing and reading - Strong communication and interpersonal skill - Detail-oriented - Independent on time & task organization - Quick learner and strong multi-tasking skills
