Responsibilities: Provide flawless customer service and technical support for our semiconductor/FAB, FIB/SEM equipment. Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment in accordance with strict guidelines. Determine root causes of technical issues and successfully implement solutions to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and deliver innovative solutions. Train customers on the operation and maintenance of our equipment, ensuring their proficiency and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including documentation of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry advancements and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in customer service and technical support, preferably in the semiconductor/FAB industry. Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment, especially for FIB/SEM systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external customers. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
