* Strategy execution: Co-design and execute global OD strategies with a focus on talent development and cultural enhancement. Adapt global strategies to fit regional needs, ensuring alignment with overall vision while considering local dynamics.
* Skill-based talent development: Lead the rollout of skill-based development programs in collaboration with regional and local operations, emphasizing the development of critical competencies needed for future success.
* Learning and development: Identify regional training needs and support the creation of development programs that align with both global strategies and local requirements. Foster a continuous learning culture by implementing programs that enhance organizational capabilities.
* Change management: Guide regional leaders and teams through change initiatives, applying effective change management methodologies to minimize resistance and ensure successful outcomes.
