Requirements:
-Fluent in English
- Focus on the client’s overall safety culture
- Include regular training of site personnel
- Experienced leader/ lecturer
- Prepare training for different site personnel
- Familiarize with the processes on different yards and implement the safety procedures that creates a uniform system for all projects
- Very familiar with yard operations, and foresee potential issues to implement preventative measures.
