Job Responsibilities:
Planning:
1.Making the company budget by cooperating with Sales and other teams.
2.Analyze financial profit and loss as well as cost execution monthly and provide financial data
to superiors monthly.
3.Monitoring and optimizing the cash flow of the company.
4.Supporting and considering sales product with sales so that the company runs smoothly.
5.Participate in the whole process of business operation, provide financial support and advice, avoid financial risks in the business model, find and promote the solution of financial problems.
6.Assist in the preparation of BOD reports and other related matters?
Finance:
1.Assist the finance person-in-charge in arranging the daily management tasks of the finance department; improve financial management systems and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
2.Organize the finance department personnel to carry out accounting tasks, prepare financial reports, and report in a timely manner.
3.According to the company's operational plans, organize the formulation of the company's operating budget and monitor its execution by various departments.
4.Complete monthly business forecast, assist in analyzing the causes of actual and budget discrepancies and provide constructive suggestions.
5.Conduct reasonable tax planning, guide the correct accounting and timely payment of various taxes
6.Cooperate with external audit work, responsible for communication and liaison with external auditing firms, and maintain good relationships.
