Key Responsibilities Sales: · Responsible to manage and implement sales strategy, plans and tactics for China outbound sales for Vinexposium’s portfolios worldwide. · Managing Key Accounts and devising strategies to increase revenue across the portfolio. · Preparing sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reports. · Proactively soliciting new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales goals · Working closely with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, marketing, digital, finance, etc ) to ensure successful delivery. · Providing excellent support and customer service to ensure customer success and satisfaction. · Build industry relationships, nurture client engagements and expand market presence · Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements · 4-6 years of experience in sale, having the ability to organize and manage a sales territory with proven experience in sales or account management. · Be able to strengthen existing account relationships using a value-based selling approach as well as nurturing new accounts. · Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills · Have attention to detail and accurate reporting · Ability to manage and leverage trade, vendor and internal team relationships to work effectively. · Ability to work independently and within a team · Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment · Good time management and ability to manage multiple projects and task simultaneously. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Results-driven with a proactive approach and growth mindset · Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus. · Willingness to travel · Willing and enthusiastic to learn
