Implement IHS China East team' sales plans and achieve sales target, building and maintaining good relationship with end customers, design institutes and channel partners. Territory will cover HuNan, HuBei provinces and certain new energy industry customers in China East Region.
执行IHS中国东区销售团队销售计划并完成销售目标,建立并维护和最终用户、设计院以及渠道合作伙伴的良好客户关系。销售渠道覆盖湖南、湖北以及华东区新能源行业客户等。

Key role responsibilities

1 Meet and exceed individual annual sales performance and development goals. Taking initiative to grow industrial sales revenue within assigned area. 在指定区域内能建设性地提升销售业绩

2 Making sales forecast, meeting monthly shipping plan and achieving sales target in the assigned territory 制定销售预测,在指定区域内完成月度销售计划和销售目标

3 Proactively developing business relationship with Design Institute and Engineering Company to identify project opportunities in assigned territory.
在指定区域内和设计院以及工程公司前瞻性地发展业务关系,识别项目机会
Establish new channel partners and further develop existing business partners in achieving organic growth of baseline business.

4 Provide necessary information for project bid, work out bidding strategy with supervisor and get internal resources from supporting functions such as Product Marketing, Proposal & Estimate, Project Management, Customer Services, Logistics & Sourcing team, prepare and finalize bidding documents.
为项目投标提供必要的项目信息,在经理参与下制定投标策略,并从相关支持部门获取内部资源,如从产品市场部、技术报价部、项目管理部、客服部、物流和采购部等获取支持,准备并完成投标文件

5 Provide technical support to design institute, end user and distributor during project development and throughout contract execution stages.
在项目开发以及合同执行阶段为设计院、最终用户提供技术支持

6 Collect market information and provide industry/market development trend to help senior sales management formulate business strategy. 收集市场信息,提供行业、市场发展趋势以帮助销售管理团队制定业务发展战略


Required: 资质要求

1 Minimum 5 years working experience in sales function or project design or project management function 在销售、设计或项目管理部门至少5年以上工作经验

2 Bachelor Degree or above, better in Electrical Engineering or equivalent fields 学士或学士以上学位,***为电气工程或相关专业

3 Good communication skill and affinity 良好的沟通能力和亲和力

4 Strong willing of learning 强烈的学习意愿

5 Good computer skill in Microsoft office 能娴熟运用电脑和微软办公软件Microsoft office

6 Be willing to travel 愿意出差

7 With previous or current working experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Coal Chemical, Power Generation, Pipeline Co.,New energy industry etc. end users 在之前或目前的工作中具有和油气、石油化工、煤化工、电力、管道公司、新能源行业等最终客户的工作经验

8 With project sales and direct sales experience有项目销售或直销经验,

9 Fluent English reading/ writing and speaking 英语熟练
