职务概要Responsibilities
1.1 管理审查新项目的技术资料。
1.1 Manage and examine the technical information of new projects.
1.2 参与项目方案制订，分析和制定产品报价。
1.2 Participate in making and analyzing project plans and making product quotations.
1.3 与客户沟通，负责设计改动和新产品转化, 及临时变更。
1.3 Responsible for other work designated by our GM.
1.4 在项目导入阶段作为所负责项目的顾客代表：
1.4 Act as the client representative of the project in the charge of it at the importing phase of such project:
a). 参与项目进度计划的策划；
a). Participate in schemes of the schedule of the project;
b). 参与产品质量先期策划和有关的培训；
b). Participate in initial schemes and relevant trainings of the product qualities;
c). 收集顾客要求(包含客户特殊要求)和相关外部标准（包含产品的法律法规），并及时汇总下发至相应部门人员；
c). Collect the documents required by our clients and Customers’ special requirements and external documents (included related laws and regulations) and release to related department and acknowledge ;
d). 参与了解顾客对产品的期望、关注和特殊特性的选择；
d). Participate in understanding the expectations, concerned matters and special choices of our clients to the products.
e) 参与并组织产品风险管理的分析和控制
e) Hold and participate in risk management analysis and control
f) 从报价阶段开始参与并组织产品的可行性评审，并负责与客户沟通可行性评审结果。
f) Hold and participate in part feasibility review from RFQ stage, and communicate with customer about feasibility review result.
g) 关于客户对于安全件的特殊要求，组织协调对相关人员培训。
g) Regarding customer’s special requirement for safety part, organize the training for related personnel.

任职资格：Job Requirement:
1.1 教育背景：理工科相关本科学历
1.1 Education background: Bachelor degree of the science or engineering
1.2 工作经验：2年以上在无线通讯，汽车，医疗行业任职项目管理的相关经验
1.2 Work Experience：Have above 2 years project management experience in wireless, automotive or medical industry.
1.3 知识技能: 熟练操作office软件，包括Microsoft project。有熟练的英语听说读写能力。能熟练运用项目管理知识
1.3 Knowledge & Skills: Skillful at Microsoft office, including Microsoft project. Can listen/speak/read/ write English. Can use knowledge of project management skillfully.
1.4 个人素质: 有责任心，有良好的沟通技巧
