- Manage a team of product managers and marketing specialist, responsible for new product development projects and commercialization, business development initiatives, marketing promotion and branding for Asia Pacific region - Business analysis and create regional long range plan and business initiatives, provide regional inputs to formulate global plan - Work with different functions and global product management team to drive regional new product strategies and pipeline, work on specific product projects on VOC collection, determine product spec, make project hypothesis, present for gate phases, product launch etc. Provide inputs for global projects as regional representative - Organize training and launch events to enable sales of new products, enhance sales knowledge about new products - Figure out business development initiatives, new vertical penetration, successful case sharing, trainings, incentives to drive sales - Monitor market trend and share status, competitor activities and report to leadership for decision- making - Create marketing programs to drive branding awareness and momentum and deliver incremental sales - Implement marketing activities, including organized events, digital marketing activities, sales tools, literature and give-aways etc
