We are looking to hire a production assistant in Shanghai office to support our NY office pre-production/ WIP team.

Main Responsibilities/Functions include but are not limited to:
61 Daily communication with overseas vendors.
61 Support managers on costing inquiries.
61 Assist managers with cost chart maintenance and communication with the factories on cost requests.
61 Assist the managers with maintaining Time & Action and Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports.
61 Track/chase sample status, lab dips, bulk fabric approval, fit samples, comments, and deliveries with vendors.
61 Communicate priorities with cross functioning teams.
61 Establish and monitor time production calendars.

Knowledge / Skills Requirements:
61 1-year relevant work experience in an internship or full-time role.
61 Academic credentials in apparel or related field
61 Excel mastery a must
61 PC proficient including Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
61 High level organizational skills
61 Must be detail oriented and be able to follow instructions
61 Ability to work well in a cross functional environment
61 Ability to multitask in fast paced and changing priority environment
