you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s e-comm strategies on various social media platform. You will work closely with the product/marketing team to ensure that our brand image connects with the target audience, ultimately increasing brand exposure and social buzz. Meanwhile, you need to collaborate with the sales team to ensure investment efficiency. *Main duties and responsibilities* - Design holistic social health education strategy, framework, campaign plan and tactics for key categories and NPD to drive top search ranking, content penetration. - Develop key product story (especially for key categories and NPD). Identify product target consumer, insights and propositioning accordingly to enhance product demand and consideration driving online business via high-quality contents. - Manage and maintain the content calendar. Working closely and integrate with in-site content team to post the schedule across various social media platforms. - Monitor and analyze social media platforms, delivering VOC report monthly and seeking for optimization. Drive KPI achievements for social content creation, communication, KOL satisfaction, audience satisfaction and brand consideration. - Identify the cross-functional teams data analysis requirements related to social, traffic to e-comm site, etc. *Job scope* - paid social content planning and implementation, KOL management - social listening and VOC report outputs - content calendar planning and coordination across various platforms, strongly linked with social-commerce platforms - Frequent competitors case sharing, trends updates *Role Qualifications* - Working seniority and experiences: 5+ years of experience in well-known social knowledge platform (Wechat, Red, Douyin, BiliBili, etc) in consumer operation roles. Electric consumer product-related experience is preferred. - Strong understanding of internet user mindset and behavior. - Strong social content planning and development capabilities. - Loving to innovate, quickly catching-up the new social trend and consumer behavior and always keep studying. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with internal and external partners.
