1. Ensure the implementation of Compensation and Benefits policies and programs, including but not limited to annual merit increase, STI/LTI designs and cost analysis. Leverage expertise to produce solutions that enable successful execution on Total Rewards programs. 2. Initiate and deliver Compensation and Benefits-related projects to meet legislative changes, improve the CB portfolio, and to implement technological changes. 3. Conduct market research to understand the compensation level of the same industry and provide reasonable compensation suggestions for the company. Monitors competitive trends in Compensation and Benefits and evaluates alternatives and costs. 4. Provides expert advice and guidance to HR/the business on Compensation & Benefits-related matters. 5. Ensure the high-quality and high compliance delivery of payroll/benefits operation and audit management, including regular/irregular payroll, tax, personnel cost budget, report and analysis, audit etc. 6. Drive continuous improvement within the C&B realm, such as payroll/benefit operation process. Identify improvement opportunities and lead the implementation. 7. Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standard of services. Coordinate with Outsourced Service Provider regarding all policies, programs and processes related to C&B to ensure compliance with established procedures. 8. Assess the delivery impact of any HR Management Policy changes, regulatory or compliance changes may have on the service provider and Payroll operations. 9. Responsible for HRIS daily maintenance and aid in overseeing the implementation of C&B system solutions.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree, over 5 years of C&B functional experience in MNC or related industry. 2. In-depth knowledge of C&B practices and a proven C&B background. Consulting firm exp. would be a plus. 3. Familiar with the compensation and welfare management process and relevant regulations. 4. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. 5. Possesses a positive, continuous improvement mindset. 6. Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix environment. 7. Positive, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, results-oriented 8. Quick learning, strong attention to details and data accuracy, analytical thinking 9. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple work streams to deliver quality output on time. Flexibility to work in ambiguous and fast-paced changing environment 10. Good interaction, communication and problem-solving skills with Office Applications, including Excel, PPT, and user knowledge of HR applications like Yonyou is preferred
