In this role, you will: 1.Business development and management with broker channel partners 2. Plan and organize INSH Third Party Distribution Forum to review broker business progress and sales qualities issues 3.Timely check-in, reflect and resolve the pitfalls emerged in business. 4.Coordinate with relevant functions to actively support the business development of broker channel. 5.Narrative the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly business report 6.Lead the update of the DA with broker partners as well the update of channel management policies to fit the broker model changes and manage risks emerged 7.Oversee the management of compliance and risk control in broker channel, especially along with PINB establishment and expansion in China Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: 1. Reasonable experience in sales force (5 years ) 2. Possess board-based knowledge of the Insurance business and China practices 3. Good influential skills – able to influence people of different cultures and backgrounds 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Must be able to communicate effectively in Putonghua. 5. Excellent interpersonal skills – excellent customer relationship management 6. Able to lead, inspire, motivate and develop the teams to deliver business performance and a team player
