Responsibilities
1.Develop comprehensive long- and short-term project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and deadlines
2.Delegate tasks effectively to team members based on their strengths and expertise, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
3.Make informed and timely decisions to resolve project-related issues and challenges, considering multiple options and their potential impacts
4.Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams involved in the project to foster collaboration, ensure alignment of goals, and maintain synergy
5.Communicate regularly with executives or the board to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
6.Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance
7.Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success in the face of changing needs or financial constraints
8.Proactively identify risks, opportunities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and maximize opportunities for success
9.Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the project team


Position Requirements/Qualification
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
2.Proven experience in project management within the engineering or manufacturing industry
3.Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
4.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
5.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
6.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive project success
7.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
8.PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
9.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
