Scope:
The scope of the role will be warehouse management, transportation management, logistic solution design, warehouse and logistics cost management and process optimization. Responsibility to deliver added value to the business in terms of service, cost and cash.

1.Responsible for KPI monitoring and improvement: continuously monitor and drive KPI improvement
2.Responsible for Inventory management: optimize inventory level while balancing market demand
3.Responsible for 3PL warehouse and logistics network optimization: daily operation management of 3PL warehousing and transportation, cost analysis and optimization of logistics expenses.
4.Team management: Lead and manage logistics team, work efficiency and process optimization
5.Responsible for timely handling of abnormal events and customer complaints related to logistics department
6.Lead logistics team to collaborating with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives

Qualifications:
1.University diploma, preferred major in Logistic Management, storage, supply chain management etc. Chemical background as a plus
2.>5 years working experience in inventory/supply chain management
3.Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, strong ability of independent problem-solving, highly motivated, detail-focused, self-managed and analytical skills
4.Fluent in English speaking and writing
