As an Associate Marketing Manager for Beverage category in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will be responsible for marketing strategy, innovation projects management & reactive marketing support for beverage sub- categories. In this exciting role you will: 61 Develop strategic short, long term category innovation plans and drive timely execution in focus sub-categories. 61 Develop in depth understanding and knowledge of the market, industry dynamics, competitive positioning and consumer understanding to effectively manage the innovation projects. 61 Understand customers’ brand and formulate brand relevant concepts and to translate consumer & sensory insights into customers’ business for sustainable growth. 61 Identify new opportunities of growth by leveraging organization’s tools, technologies, and expertise. (Local/regional/global, cross functional resources). 61 Build good collaboration with regional team and support on China relevant projects. 61 Regular day-to-day support on customer’s reactive projects

Your professional profile includes: 61 BSc in Food technology, Chemistry and/or Marketing, MBA or formal business training/certification is of an advantage 61 Minimum 5 years’ experience, with previous experience in either marketing or sales in B2B food ingredient/additive companies or FMCG (bakery industry related experience is preferred) 61 Strong ability to manage projects in a matrix organization. Strong skill to process a broad range of external / internal sources of information/trends/consumer insights and to convert into develop direction for the sales organization 61 Good presentation skills and ability to engage well internally and with customers. 61 Strong business sense to drive the business growth 61 Passionate for the marketing role 61 Strong written & verbal communication skills, Good English communication skills 61 Tactically oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities 61 Decisive and good team player
