Position Summary This position is accountable for working with China DS&S Sales Team to promote DS&S Products (Delivery Systems and Services) mainly strengthen gas delivering system, GasSTAR product line and CHEMGUARD product line to China customers.
This position is accountable for yearly revenue/profit targets for DS&S products in China. This would include growth of market share as well as penetration of new products into the China market. And co-work with Semi materials integrated account manager closely to build customer relationship and intimacy.
The individual must be able to inspire customers by his/her skill in presentation, negotiation and problem solving. Considerable inter-personal skills are required to deal successfully with the complex relationships. Individual will be expected to have constant interfacing to end customers.
Individual will also need to develop a keen understand of the market and competitive offerings and be able to efficiently feed this information back to head quarters in order to promote improvements in the development of DS&S products. And Need to have good English skills and technical understandings.
Key Accountabilities 61 Manage the offering of DS&S equipment in China, including preparing equipment commercial proposal and coordinate the technical proposal. 61 Managing after sales support business with DS&S China Service Team. 61 Coordinating with Project Execution Team to develop the commercial proposal, technical proposal and cost estimate for the bidding of large Turnkey opportunities. 61 Developing value proposition and pricing strategy in order to win the projects and also maintain proper profitability. 61 Develop customer relationship and gain/deliver key information with key stakeholders in target large account. Good at customer communications/presentations, and have sensibility to manage complex customers and partners’ relationship. 61 Contract negotiation with customer based on input from company’s legal advisor. 61 Payment collection
