The Role Overview of Position: As part of Corporate Sales Department, you are required to understand and work on both internal and external processes, properly communicate with clients, insurance companies, partnerships and other team members to ensure the successful development of your department. Major focus area’s are:
Responsibilities: Have an expert understanding of the insurance products you work with. Continually develop your knowledge about market principles and policies. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and requirements. Manage all negotiations on benefits, terms, pricing to obtain the best solution from insurers. Prepare client reports and proposals, and manage the full customer journey from initial contact to installation of insurance. Manage your schedule efficiently, setting up meetings / presentations with clients if necessary. Participate in insurer’s seminars and HR events, as well as other business development opportunities. Work with the team to deliver quality service to clients and assist major and difficult claims/issues to ensure 10% client satisfaction. Manage a successful hand-over from sales to Account Management Team. Monitor insurer’s services and maintain good relationships with insurers and benefits providers. Conduct orientations as per request from clients. Maintain full accuracy of your internal CRM and Yellowsheet. Work with Division Heads and other Offices on other various projects as requested.
