Main Responsibilities: * Logistics process optimization for both external and internal customers * Logistics cost control and reduction; * Oversees import planning and scheduling, custom clearance and relationship with the custom; * Warehouse management and optimization; * Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and align procurement strategies with organizational goals. * Develop/maintain a quality supplier base, manage suppliers’ performance, on-time delivery and adherence to high quality. * ERP-SAP related module implementation and process optimization;
Professional Experience & skills: * Bachelor’s degree or above in SC management or Business Management. * Min. 10 years ’experience in both procurement, logistics planning and management in food industry. * Fluent English, skillful in MS office * Competency on SC tools : APS (JDA, SAP) – Reporting tools (BW, BI4) – IBP tool * Organized, hands on, self-driven, aptitude of projection & anticipation * Strong analytical skills and ability to recommend action plans * Proven leadership and performance driven (lead and trigger the change) * Ability to challenge the status quo and start from the white page * Capability to negotiate with “internal” customers (sales, marketing) and “internal” suppliers (Master & replenishment planner, Customer Service)
