岗位职责：
1. Lead Polymer Material Development projects to design and realize new products with satisfactory mechanical and electric properties for Li Battery and Solid State Battery to meet customers' requirements.
2. Support to screen, find and understand potential external technical routes of Battery Polymer Material and optimize the properties based on external technology to achieve technical differentiation.
3. Supervise and mentor junior chemist and technician during daily work.
"Advise on and drive scale-up of development products at the pilot or production scale.
4. Provide technical support to formulation, technical service and regulatory as required. If necessary, be on customer's site."
5. Monitor new technology trends and understand competitors' IP strategy. 6. Adopt new technologies in product development to increase the value to customers.
7. Maintain lab equipment and EHS & 5S responsibilities. Keep the lab in a safe mode to meet the EHS target.
任职要求：
1. Hold Master plus in polymer chemistry, PhD preferred
2. PhD preferred with experience in coating or chemical industry
Master with 3+ years' experience in coating or chemical industry
3. With solid knowledge in polymerization chemistry, characterization of polymer resin and scale-up from lab to pilot trial
4. Preferred with PA, PEO, PVC, PPC, PVDF, PTFE, or HFP synthesis&characterization knowledge and experience
5. Result driven and open-minded 6. Demonstrated strong potential or capabilities in project management
Working effectively with teams to develop new products from Concept stage to Commercialization stage
8. Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills (verbal, written & presentation skills). Fluent in both Chinese and English
9. Show strong motivation and interest to join Battery Chemical Industry
10. Willing to take domestic and international travels （10%）
