REPORTING LINE: Store Manager
61 To deliver exceptional customer service and drive the team to ensure that minimums are maintained across the store
61 To prepare monthly rota, daily planners and holidays according to business needs
61 To coordinate the briefings and encourage staff participation
61 To drive sales to improve store performance and to support the GM to reach budget
61 To guarantee visual merchandising standards across the store

61 Strong team management experience. Has lead a stable and consistent career
61 At least 1 year experience in managing a section in retail industry, especially in fashion retail industry
61 Speaks English and Chinese, and College Degree above
