Responsibility: - 负责管理售后服务方案(包括合同及服务方案销售工具)Manage Service offerings (Update contract and service offering material) - 负责设计售后服务方案,定义方案的范围,成本及推进规划Design and drive service offering, define offering scope and road map. - 根据区域实际情况定义,并与区域决策人确定优化的服务方案,并推动和支持区域落地推广Defines Area offering with key stakeholders by optimizing from the global offering portfolio,Plans and supports Units in go-to-market actions of new services - 支持销售经理及销售发展经理达成业务目标,分析现有服务方案推广效果,包括方案,产品,成本及定价及相关其他工具,指导文件。Support national sales and Sales Development Managers in achieving targets and analyzing and maintaining service offering, product, cost and pricing data, sales and tendering tools and pricing guidelines - 根据运行状况及产品质量,与研发团队合作,负责服务方案的优化迭代Follow up and takes corrective actions on offering performance and quality, Collaborate with R&D team iterate products. - 收集市场反馈及竞争对手的数据Collects feedback and competitor data from market - 数字化服务方案管理(如需)Digital offering management additionally to previous (if applicable)
Requirement: - 本科以上学位,三年以上工作经验,有服务方案销售经验或者有市场推广经验者优先 College degree or above, 3 years working experience better to have offering sales experience -英语读写流利,简单听说英语Good English in Reading and Writing. Basic English in listening and specking - 熟悉MS Office软件,善于跨部门沟通, 逻辑思维能力强。familiar with MS Office, good at cross-functional communication and logical thinking skill.
