We are constantly developing the next generation of medical breakthroughs and successfully delivering innovations to meet the medical needs of the patients we serve in the following key areas of interest: cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic diseases, immunology, oncology and central nervous system. In the future, we will accelerate the launch of more than 10 innovative medicines to meet the demand of Chinese patients.

Job Responsibilities
- Act as team coordinator to support on administrative and logistical tasks to ensure smooth communication and effective operation among teams.
- Assist in the coordination of internal meetings, conferences and directly support to the internal events (i.e. cross-functional workshop, PV Day awareness events).
- Manage purchase order and supplier payment control according to company purchase policy, and support team Head for monthly/year-end expense accrual of PSPV function.
- Design and arrange team culture activities with the guidance of team Head regularly to enhance team cohesiveness and vitality.
- Maintain the access to all applicable platform/system for all PSPV team members.
- Support team on daily administrative works, including the followings but not limit to:
- Send documents to Assistant of approver for signature
- Send various team applications to Human Resource department and Finance Department
- Apply for chop and manage express
- Book meals and meeting room
- Communicate with other team Assistant on team activities
- Collect team information per requirements
- Supporting on-boarding of new staff, i.e. company system/platform access, locker, welcome activities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree, Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
- Language skills & proficiency: good written English
- Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies):
- Proficient in using the Office software
- Demonstrable communication skills.
- Ability to solve basic problems and able to work independently, guided by procedures, with appropriate support;
- Good attention to detail & Good time management
