a. Responsibility
1. Laser cutting machine supplier base development.
2. Lead laser cutting technical clarification internal and externally.
3. Support on new program quotation in term of investment and cycle time evaluation.
4. Administration work on Budgets, PR, CER, Prepare RFQ for laser cutting machine in all new projects. etc.
5. Closely work with Gestamp Asian plant on the laser cutting plan such as layout and facility requirement.
6. laser cutting simulation to check accessibility base on the different cutting machine.
7. Lead laser cutting cell project launch in terms of machine installation, commsion and buy off at Gestamp Asian plants.
8. Lead laser cutting machine localization and VAVE activity in Asia Division.
9. Support and training the plant on the laser cutting trouble shooting.
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree (or above).
2. At least 2-3 years working experience in laser cutting and laser welding process at Automotive Parts industry.
3. Familiar with Trumpf, prima and other laser machine.
4. Experience in plant layout, station placement.
5. Having press hardening background.
6. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Catia and Delmia is preferred.
7. Stable personality, good working attitude, high sense of responsibility, Self-learning ability and strong communication skills.
8. Fluent in written and spoken English.
