KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
83 Work with the team to deliver business objectives;
83 Establish and maintain strong relationship with existing customers;
83 Prospecting new accounts to develop joint projects and generate sales to deliver business objectives;
83 Call on key accounts to understand and find out their needs and requirements;
83 Provide timely and successful solutions to customers through team across various internal functions including technical, marketing and supply chain, etc.;
83 Manage all details related to the day-to-day business from forecasting, delivery to analysis;
83 Identify and analyze competitors' pricing, products, marketing strategies and technical development program;
83 Collect and analyze end-users' marketing information and select potential stars;
83 Work with area sales manager to manage distributors.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
83 Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry or related discipline;
83 Minimum eight years working experience in the personal care industry;
83 Good verbal and written communication skill both in Chinese and English;
83 Good of MS Office skills.
