As an Executive Assistant to the Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the VP’s daily operations. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, travel coordination, busiess meeting scheduling, reporting and team activity management.
Responsibilities: Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, reserving hotels, registering for meetings and seminars, and coordinating car rentals. Meeting Scheduling: Set up, coordinate, and schedule meetings and conferences. Manage the VP’s calendar and provide timely reminders of upcoming meeting dates, times, and locations. Team Activity Management: Organize team activities and manage the travel cost approval process. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as managing files, records, and correspondence. Assist with accounting and invoice management. Business support
Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above At least 3 years as an executive assistant to senior leadership in multinational company; industrial experience will be preferred Mature; cheerful attitude; patient; detail-oriented Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of management and staff Positive “can do” self-starter Excellent organizational skills to manage calendars, travel arrangements, and documents.
