Requirements: 61 5+ years of IT PMO, Project management experience 61 Knowledge of Agile, software development life cycle, process improvement. 61 Strong communication, stakeholder relationship management skills. 61 Experience coordinating teamwork flow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 61 Detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities. 61 Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, and strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity. 61 Strong problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues. Responsibilities: 61 Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures. 61 Manage all phases of the project through the Product Development process. 61 Define key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress. 61 Maintain compliance with corporate and public regulations. 61 Perform data analysis relevant to project tasks. 61 Request resource demand and review resource allocation for projects. 61 Maintain ownership of and accountability for the project schedule. 61 Effectively communicate project status — including schedule variances and mitigation options.
