KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

61 Lead and supervise the production of the statutory accounts of the Company.
61 Lead and prepare the monthly / bi-annually / annual management reporting and consolidation (Osiris, INVEST, Magnitude, etc.)
61 Supervise the team of accountants for the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and analyze financial accounting data.
61 Lead the month end closing and review process, analysis of financial statements, cost centers, balance sheet accounts and operating variances.
61 Monitor and follow up of the compliance to Group’s internal control policies and procedures (SAPIN II, etc.).
61 Manage statutory financial audits and the Company internal audits and liaises with auditors.
61 Preparation of the annual budget and forecasts and the related reporting package (Planners, Shuttle, Ichor, etc.)
61 Create and streamline the accounting procedures across all China branches, and monitor to deliver satisfactory financial objectives
61 Team management, plan and supervise team performance including coaching, developing, and counselling needed to improve the team performance.
61 Manage the communication with various government authorities and stakeholders
61 Other ad hoc projects and assignments upon requested

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
61 Over 10 years financial related work experience in multi-national companies, IFF or Logistics industry is a plus.
61 University degree or above in Accounting or Business Finance related.
61 CPA or other CA certified
61 Familiarity with National, Provincial, and local tax and statutory reporting requirements.
61 Strong, clear, and precise verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
61 Analytical, methodical, and numeric acumen.
61 Exposure to SUN Systems will be a plus.
