Project Title: Project Management Professional Services
1. Project Overview
Require professional project management services to oversee the development and implementation of IT projects. Project Management Consultants will provide the necessary expertise to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Scope of Work
Project Management Consultants will perform the following tasks:
61 Lead and oversee the planning and execution of assigned IT projects, ensuring adherence to project portfolio framework and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle management.
61 Collaborate and support IT function teams, business team, external vendors, and/or third-party partners to coordinate project executions effectively.
61 Working closely with PMO, project leads and sponsors to define clear expectations regarding project scope, timeline, budget, and risks during the project charter phase.
61 Manage regular project status updates and executive management gate reviews to project team members and key management stakeholders.
61 Develop tactical and strategic project plans that enable agile responses to evolving conditions. Monitor progress, provide regular status updates, and promptly escalate issues to PMO, project leads / sponsors as needed.
61 Manage potential changes in key milestones, handle scope creep, and facilitate replanning as part of the change management process.
61 Efficiently resolve conflicts and effectively manage priority issues with the support of PMO & project leads across project or functional areas.
61 Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
61 Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary.
61 Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports.
61 Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
61 Ensure project deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
3. Deliverables
The following deliverables will be provided:
61 Detailed project plan
61 Weekly progress reports
61 Risk and issue logs
61 Final project report and lessons learned document
4. Requirements
61 Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
61 Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management experience in large MNC environment, preferably in one or more of the following areas:
o Infrastructure
o Data Analytic/BI
o QAD ERP
o MES/Shopfloor
o IT Operation
61 Have practical experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
61 Possess familiarity with a range of project management tools and techniques (e.g., MS Project, Monday)
61 Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
61 Maintain a strong sense of compliance, control, and risk awareness.
61 Possess a customer-centric and results-oriented mindset.
61 Hold relevant certifications in project management methodologies such as PMP or Prince2.
61 Technical expertise in one or more of following areas would be highly desirable:
o Infrastructure
o Data Analytic/BI
o QAD ERP
o MES/Shopfloor
o IT Operation
